Old Foggy Nonmedical Transport employs a driver named Stan the Man.  Stan is an exceptional employee and Father. Currently he is in a nasty custody battle with his ex-wife Veronica and it just so happens Stan is fighting with her by means of text messages being sent back and forth while Stan is working. Let’s pick up where we left off.

Stan picks up Ms. Jones on main street and a block down the road he stops to pick up Mrs. Stone who is wheelchair bound — both ladies have their regularly scheduled visit with the same doctor and both ladies are friends — Stan is transporting them to see doctor Van Gingle.

Stan as customary is making small talk with his passengers until he receives a phone call from his ex-wife Veronica — she is yelling at Stan about their upcoming court case — Stan currently has custody of their children due to Veronica’s domestic violence charges, and convictions — Veronica is very bad tempered and is holding a HUGE grudge against Stan because of losing custody and so she calls Stan threatening to have him beat up by her new boyfriend Dog if he doesn’t relinquish custody.

Stan is infuriated and wished he had call recording on his telephone because this latest incident could be used against her in court — because of being distracted Stan takes his eyes off the road for only about 2 seconds when he failed to notice a minivan had suddenly stopped in front of him. Stan immediately slams on his brakes… but it is too late!

The van Stan was driving with both Ms. Jones and Mrs. Stone as passengers slams into the back of the minivan going about 20 miles per hour. Stan is not injured; however, both of his elderly passengers are injured, Mrs. Stone is severely injured due to her pre-existing medical conditions.

Two of the four passengers in the minivan Stan ran into are also insured, a total of 4 are transported by life squad to the hospital.
