Eustace T. Barns, the owner of Bojangles Flatbed & Tow, has just received a phone call that no business owner (or anyone, for that matter) wants to receive. One of Eustace’s tow truck drivers has been in an accident while on the job. 

The vehicle he was pulling when the accident occurred was a tanker truck full of gasoline, and regrettably thousands of gallons of gasoline spilled out on the road and ground all around the crash site. 

Thankfully nobody was injured in the accident, but in addition to the heavy damage to the tow truck and gas tanker truck there’s quite a mess due to all the gasoline that spilled out. 

After a difficult few minutes, Eustace calms himself down. “There’s nothing to worry about,” he tells himself. “I have insurance after all. It will cover it. The worst I’ll have to do is fill out some paperwork.”

Eustace calls up his insurance agent, files a claim, and tries to put it out of his mind.
